The Beker Van Vlaanderen/Flanders Soaring Cup [BVV/FSC] serves to promote contest soaring in Flanders.
The three regional contests, Kempen Cup, Kiewit Cup and Keiheuvel Cup, have been merged into the international contest BVV/FSC in cooperation with the Flemish League of Soaring Clubs (LVZC).

The concept has been kept simple.
The participants earn points in each of the three organising contests. This results in a new ranking.
Each contest maintains its own, specific character. Therefore, a uniform class division has been agreed upon, also taking the introduction of the transponder into account.
